By accessing or using Pulse (the "Platform"), operated by [Company Name], you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or participate in a pool. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Platform in your country of residence.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [Support Email] if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are shared, automated or used in breach of these terms.

Pools on Pulse are private, invite-only social games. The pool host is responsible for setting the rules of their pool, including entry windows, draw mechanics and prize structure. By joining a pool you accept the host's rules in addition to these Terms.

Pulse facilitates the random draw and tracking of results but does not guarantee the outcome of any underlying real-world event.

Where a pool has an entry fee, payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the entry fee plus any applicable processing charges.

Entry fees are generally non-refundable once a draw has been completed. Refunds for cancelled or void pools are at the discretion of the pool host and the Platform.

Pulse is a community-competition platform. Prizes — whether cash, goods or bragging rights — are arranged and distributed by the pool host, not by Pulse. We are not responsible for the delivery, value, quality or taxation of any prize awarded within a pool.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other users in chats or pools.
• Post unlawful, defamatory or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, collusion, multiple accounts and any attempt to manipulate draws or results. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of entries and reporting to the relevant authorities.

The Platform, including its name, logos, design, software and content, is owned by [Company Name] and protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or any pool hosted on it.

We aim to keep Pulse available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party failures or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting [Support Email].

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
